Myanmar Bus

A typical Myanmar Bus, I am not kidding!
There is another one in the right background.

A new friend of ours let me have the attached photo from his Myanmar collection. It is a picture of one of those jammed Myanmar buses taken through the front window of a tour bus. As a bonus there is a second bus on the right hand side of the picture if you are able to zoom in. I just had to send it to you.

We are currently in some rollers and my dear wife is down but not out. We have been invited to have a drink with the Captain and I have lots to tell you about him in a future blog. We both look forward to meeting him in person.

We still have another day at sea before we reach our first stop in India. We are 686 nautical miles from Cochin and have traveled 1250 nautical miles from Yangon. Sometime tonight we might be able to see Sri Lanka off the starboard bow. The temperature has been a constant 30 degrees C on our crossing and until last night it was pretty smooth. We see porpoises every day around the ship., they seem to like to play chicken with the bow.
